Description: This is an original 1966 colour offset lithograph of a poster created by Marc Chagall for an exhibition at the Galeries des Ponchettes, Ville de Nice, from 1 Février – 16 Mars, 1958.
From Mourlot’s original poster folio, printed single sided on wove at the Atelier Mourlot in Paris. The Atelier Mourlot was the most famous lithography print shop of the 20th Century, famous for printing the lithographs, posters and books of such famous artists as Picasso, Miro and Matisse.
